I've used it for all the rice recipes I've made. I have occasionally had the rice get brown on the bottom. I make sure to stir it once and awhile and to adjust the water it calls for. Definitely easier for me than cooking rice on the stove.

Good rice cooker

The only thing we didn't like is the vent hole. It seems a little bit too big. Other than that, it works like other more expensive ones.

I didnt want to invest all that much on a rice cooker as i will not be doing a lot of cooking. This fits what i want as it does what its meant for.
