I managed to grab this on a deal of the day at 10 bucks and what a steal. You can add water, up to 14 cups, add your rice, and leave it. It auto shuts down to keep warm until you're ready to eat. It's build is a little cheap, but what more do you need art this price point? Overall, a Good buy.

Was a great little rice cooker, while it worked. It lasted 1 year and then stopped working. Decent sized for small batches of rice and didn't take a lot of space.

Purchased on sale (Deal of the Day). Previously using a microwave rice cooker. This one keeps the rice warm and can be used as a steamer as well. Good purchase for the price.

My family eats a lot of rice and this rice cooker has done a good job of cooking the rice "just right". We have noticed that we need to fill the water a tiny bit past the cup marking in order to make sure the rice comes out the right "texture".

This rice cooker has made my days easier, it is of good quality and durable.

It's no faster than cooking rice on the stove but I guess it's somewhat more convenient. I haven't tried it for anything else yet. I must say that it is very difficult to see the lines used to measure the correct amount of water. They are indented in the black interior and barely noticeable. Being this was my first rice cooker I didn't know they came in different sizes. This one is way overkill for my husband and I. Since we did get it with a Deal of the Day price, the value for what we got and what we've learned is very good.

This is a very basic rice cooker. Does the job, you cant put too water in it or it spill out. The brand name Insignia on it already washed out. But for the price, it does the job & also came with steam basket, which was a bonus.

Good for price. Rice cooker non stick got dent in few days of use not sure if it was related due to usage or product itself!!!

An easy way to cook rice as i make the rest of my meals. I wanted to find a stainless steel interior but settled for this nonstick model. Rice tends to clump and gets hard on bottom.

Really good rice cooker for an awesome Price! We use it weekly and is way better then our last black and decker one we had. It also can be used as a veggie steamer.

It’s ok to use as rice cooker but my wife is complaining about rice not evenly cooked. The middle part is not as cook as the outer rice so you have to prolong the heating after the dial turns to heat.

Cooks rice like you'd expect. I was originally worried that you could only cook white rice in it, but it works with Jasmine and Brown rice as well

It is good so far. Nothing special about it. Got the deal of the day price otherwise not buying it for the full price. Buy it when on sale not on full price.

This was a great gift to myself and to another family member. I would hope they run this special again so that I can buy one for each family member learning to cook. It also has the perk where you can steam your veggies. Good buy! Truly the Best Buy!

My sister wanted this so I let her get it and I have a black one I have not tried it yet but I will soon

Tired of quessing,hoverinh over a pot like a drone, do yourself buy the pot and use it. As with products that do what they say,you will wonder why did you procrastinate. Use iit you wont regret it.

I can't really comment on the quality of this cooker. I purchased it to use but ended up giving it away as a gift. So I feel confident enough in its quality to consider it for a gift to someone.

It's good to cook white half boiled rice however cooking full boiled rice makes difference from the former one. But still good but to cook vegetables
