There's also a mess from the hole in the lid that sprays onto my countertop. I follow the directions to the letter but haven't had a good result. Bought one to gift to my daughter in law but the return period ended before I could give it to her. Now I have 2. I thought I got a good deal at $14.99, then saw them at $9.99. Even at the lower price it's not a deal if you're not happy with the product and stuck with them.

Love them both. Coating on cooker pan did scratch on one cooker which may just be user error.

It is a time saver and you can also make oatmeal and steam vegetables in no time. I also like making brown rice in it because brown rice takes longer than white.
