Maybe a nice cooker, or you get what you pay for?

I don't know what happened, but my mom said it was burning/smoking so she ended up throwing it away. I feel like I should say something good about the cooker, like at least it didn't burn the rice, and it didn't.

Not good for longterm

But, it was covered by Best Buy and I got the money back except rewards portion that I used. Since i returned the product due to power issues and would expect complete refund including rewards.
