    Gets the job done, but obviously takes longer. It gets the job done. AMachine is noisy and vibrates a lot. I had to get this size so there weren’t many options. I’m happy with my washing machine. It just takes about 1/3 of what a regular machine takes. So laundry lasts all day.

    0 stars for customer service and drain hose design. I bought this W/D set for biggest capacity of all compacts. Looks lovely, could not use. Washer drain hose is 5' and attached at rear lower right corner. 1' short of my drain pipe on the other side. My plumber could add extension hose, which seems risky, plus extra cost. Geek Squad won't do it. Matching dryer arrived without "included" stacking kit and Best Buy refuses to get me one despite hours on phone (see my review under dryer). I can't use without stacking kit so they're going back. Really sad.

  • Best Buy Doesn't Uphold Warranty

    Washer started leaking after 60 days. 4 canceled apts, 2 weeks of calls, being mocked/hung up on, my washer still doesn't work. The washer is nice but Best Buy treats their customers like a joke.

    The washer is very small. It does balance the cloths very well. The washer is extremely loud and unstable.
