Saved my music files

Overall a good docking station

It is nice to have 2 bays, so that sort of offsets the higher price a bit. Unlike some other docking stations it lacks a cloning button, so you will need additional software for that. Not a deal breaker for me, as I've got it hooked up to my Xbox One and don't need cloning ability.

Good Dock for using internal HDDs externally

It works as it should. Not the fastest but OK. I use it for backing up my MacBook Pro to a large external HDD. It allows me to use internal drives externally. These kinds of hard drives are much cheaper per TB than portable drives.

The 3.5 drive has my financial software backups on it and I needed something to access the data.

The push tab to eject the drive requires a lot of force which means you have to hold the base to keep it from sliding away. Time will tell how long it lasts with such force required.
