I absolutely love this docking station. I have several hard drives from different computers ive owned over the years that no longer work and now i can use this to access old files and put it all in my external hard drive.

Does what is supposed to. Works easily, would recommend.

Bought two of these to quickly add some drives to my PC since I didn't have any more SATA ports for the job. Write and read speeds may be limited by USB 3.0 but the drives still functioned well via this and got recognized easily. Well worth the purchase.

I removed a hard drive from my old desktop and was able to use this docking station to retrieve the data. Geek Squad wanted to charge me $100 bucks to do the same thing. I retrieved the data PLUS I can still use the 1T hard drive as a backup. LOVE IT!!

Bought it to recapture files from a dead older PC. Works as advertised.

Extremely helpful for reading stored hard drives that I don't need constantly and just need to check and then take right back out. Can even leave it plugged in. The two at a time is a nice feature as well. Good product for the price.

Good Buy for the money, allows two on same device.

Works as expected, my only issue is the seating isn't perfect. A 2.5" drive feels a little unstable in it, but the 3.5" is just fine. Over all a worthwhile purchase to try and pull stuff off of old drives or expand your PCs size for a little cheaper.

run out of space for hard drives in your tower or need some extra storage for your laptop. The USB3 interface works just about as fast as sata 3 anyway. great for adding big storage drives for media

Did everything I needed it to do. No weird disconnections or anything while transferring. USB cable could have been a little longer but thats just my setup.

This is a real life-saver if you have a desktop HD that you need to access (doesn't work for laptop hard drives without an adapter). I have only had to use it once or twice, and I am glad I have it. This can save you the cost of a service repair!

This product was perfect for what I needed. This docking station not only has 1 but 2 slots for hard drives. I was able to view what was on an old hard drive and retrieve old pictures I forgot I had. I will purchase another hard drive in the future to store my important files on.

The product is exactly what I was looking for in works perfectly. And the people at Best Buy were wonderful and helping me get it.

Love this dock! It's super easy to swap 3.5" and 2.5" drives in and out of this. It's decent on the xfer speeds and so far has been very stable and reliable. If something ever happens to this one I would definitely purchase another one!

This device is great for reading and retrieving data off your hard drive! My computer died and I needed to get all my files and pictures off the hard drive. (should have backed it all up ahead of time). This device allowed me to get the data and pictures without any hassle.

If your PC won't start and don't have an existing hard drive backup, this device will help you retrieve date on your 2.5 & 3.5 HDDs.

This device does what it's supposed to. The housing is a little cheap compared to the old Thermaltake ones that Best Buy used to carry. Additionally, the price is a little high for what it is, but when you need one same-day, it's what was available.
