Great Overall

It will only work on lap top hard drives and NEWER desk top hard drives. It will NOT work on desk top hard drives that were around during the Windows XP era. These hard drive connect with cables and the newer ones just plug in. This machine is not compatable with the older ones.

But when I procured the necessary cable I couldn't tell whether it works or not. I have on HD that I want access to, but I didn't get it from this docking station. Bad HD? Bad station? Haven't figured that one out yet.

Great price compared to Geek Squad
