Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This docking station is completely unusable with my windows 11 hp envy 360 convertable laptop, either due to what could only be EITHER a copatibility issue with Windows OS OR with HP make/model. Using process of elimination, I determined the problem was NOT my Seagate 22 TB HDD, because I purchased a WD 4tb which displayed the same problem: both HDDs were not showing up in Windows Explorer as an openable drive, even though plates were rotating in both drives, disk indicater LEDs were on on docking station, both drives were displaying as connected in Settings app (with serial number of docking station) and in control pannel under the list of devices (with serial number of WD and Seagate respectively). Multiple calls to all 3 tiers of Geek Squad support were not able to resolve (or even gramatically comprrehend) the issue. That last remark is both a reflection on the uselessness of this drive and the lack of capabilities of Geek Squad. If Insignia Support could please identify and resolve the problem, I will be willing to repurchase this product. Thank you so much.
