Very frustrating to program. I returned it to Best Buy and ended up buying an original remote for my tv and I am very happy with it.

Said button for set top box never "lit" so programming couldn't/wouldn't work...Bottom line, thing is now in a drawer until we can interface with some CS folks I suppose...Or return it.

Great Remote

I bought it hoping it would work until my new Dish remote arrived. It was a lot easier to program than the Dish remote, and I love the simplicity of the buttons. I think I'll use the Insignia remote and keep my new Dish remote as a backup.

Worthless 'universal' remote

This remote failed completely at this task. The left power button (for TV) worked for my TV. Tried to find the code for my Yamaha receiver? Not listed in the instructions. Found them online np. Tried to program the codes (all of them) and none worked for the right power button. What's worse is I found the volume would only send to the TV (the TV button lights up when they're pressed). I was thinking I could solve this by programming the right power button to control the TV. Well guess what? They made the remote prevent that. Stupid stupid stupid. Do not waste your money with this remote.
