    Can't change the channel with the number buttons

    I set it up and it worked fine changing channels with the + (plus) and - (minus) buttons, but I can't change the channel by pressing numbers. I called the support and they said the numbers aren't for that. So the remote is worthless to me.

    Terrible - Not even supported by Insignia

    Limited remote. I contacted Insignia to get help and they literally don't support the product they sell and "produce." Can't find this model number on their website. Customer Support has 3 times sent me documents with the wrong model number. Bought a dud. Taking it back to BestBuy. Didn't even want this one. Was recommended by Best Buy employee. Whoops!
