Sleek and easy to use

I phoned customer service and was treated with respect--I was sent free-of-charge the appropriate tuner for our TV. Thank you very much.

Not what i expected

But it does turn on and off the set. Since i have to get up all the time to change the channels, i just leave the tv off. Reading lots of books now. Better use of my time.
