The remote would turn tv on and off but would not add the channels. Tried again and again but no luck. Could be my tv so I gave it a 3 rating. May work like silk for someone else but it didn't work for me.

Insignia remote did not work with my insignia tv.

He suggested that I buy an RCA remote...He said I could get my money back for his nonproductive visit,and I hope that's true...

Works fine with my TV

But I liked it and wanted to use it myself as a second remote for my TV. However I do not have cable (use antenna for over the air stations) and could not get this remote to do anything but turn TV on/off and control volume. It requires a cable or satellite box to do anything else. Had to return it.
