I noticed when I put a 3 prong plug it does not want to go in. It has like a built in safety mechanism so you don't put your fingers or something small. I have 5 dont I cannot insert a plug. A two prong plug works all no problem

I replaced them an inexpensive version from Home Depot and have yet to have any issue. I want my money back!

Maybe the brand behind it bought it on sale and paid electrician to install it. Worked good then started to trip the breaker. Got a different brand and that works like a charm. Shame on the brand for cheap quality.

The Wall Plugs have now been activley working for the last 2 years & we truly Love them! They’re a game changer for Us since we can plug our phone chargers in them when ever needed with just the cord!! I highly recommend these throughout the home. The Other Best Part is We Bought them on Sale!! Can’t beat that!!
