I PURCHASED THE SAME SPEAKERS 11 YEARS AGO FOR OUR OUTSIDE ARBOR. THEY HAVE BEEN MOUNTED THERE SINCE THAT TIME NEVER TAKING THEM DOWN! THEY STILL SOUND GREAT!! I JUST BOGHT THIS PAIR,BECAUSE WE WANTED MUSIC ON THE OTHER SIDE OF OUR HOUSE AROUND OUR FIREPIT AREA. I ADD A LITTLE MORE BASS ON MY AMPLIFIER,JUST TO GIVE THE SPEAKERS A BIT MORE FULL SOUND.
