Customers love the 200W 2.0-Ch. Stereo Receiver's Bluetooth connectivity, excellent sound quality, and ease of use. Many appreciate its affordable price and sufficient power. While some found the size a bit large and the bass could be improved, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive.

Good receiver in general but it has no balance separation. Also, the fm antenna broke on installation.

I have been a professional musician for 20 years and very particular about sound quality. My old school thoughts are you get what you pay for, so when I saw this receiver with great reviews at $129.00 I was skeptical. I decided to try this and its driving 4 high quality speakers - I was shocked at the sound quality. Power is clean and EQ (surprisingly) is acceptable. Blue tooth works great as we are running the speakers out by the pool so you can control things poolside! If you need a basic stereo amp this is well worth the money...you won't be disappointed!

I have this hooked up to a subwoofer, with my tv connected to it. Sounds great while watching movies, or sporting events. I have no complaints. A good set of speakers, a subwoofer, and you are good to go!

LOUDNESS

THIS UNIT IS PLENTY LOUD WHEN USING THE RADIO...
BUT ON THE AUDIO IN,USING THE RCA AUDIO OUT JACKS FROM MY TV, THE VOLUME IS NO WHERE AS LOUD AS THE RADIO...
I WOULD EXPECT THAT USING A DIRECT INPUT,IT SHOULD BE AS LOUD OR LOUDER THAN A SIGNAL COMING OVER THE AIR...
I WILL STICK WITH IT,BECAUSE AT LEAST I CAN HEAR THE TV A LITTLE BETTER USING THIS... BUT I WILL NEVER HEAR ANY COMPLAINTS FROM THE NEIGHBORS ABOUT MY TV BEING TOO LOUD.

A piece of junk

I hooked it up and it turned itself off five times in the first fifteen minutes and you could not use the remote to turn it back on. It then worked ok for a day or so then it started turning itself off again. Sometimes it would stay on a couple of hours sometimes two minutes. I took it back and exchanged it for a Yamaha and the person in the store said these Insignias don't work about half the time. That is from a Best Buy employee about the Best Buy signature brand. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ITEM. If I could give no stars I would.

Worked great and the price was really good. But a little over a year later it died. The power comes on but no sound. This appears to be common with this unit as there are scores of dead ones for sale on eBay. I would not buy this again.

Utilizing to power 3 sets of outdoor speakers. The 2 zone functionality has allowed for separation as I have 2 sets connected to Zone A and 1 set connected to zone B. This amp allows for zone A, zone A and B, or just zone B options. Other amps I have had in the past only allow A or A and B.

Poor reception

The reception is HORRIBLE! Bought this for my garage, only 4 stations were picked up and were fading in and out. Even ran antenna out side, still very poor. Ran my smart phone through the 3.5 mm aux. jack to make this unit work without getting frustrated. This unit picks up stations like it was made in the year 1917, NOT 2017.
TOTAL JUNK!!!

It Blew Up Out of The Box

I bought this unit to replace my still working 11 year old Sony receiver because I wanted Bluetooth, the price was low, and it had good reviews. I hooked it up, turned it on, I heard a pop, saw a flash and then smoke. This piece of junk self destructed when first powered up. I cannot return it because it had only a two week store return limit, but I can warn you not to buy it. I re-hooked up my still functioning old Sony, and now I am going to buy a Bluetooth receiver for it.
