    I purchased this to play music at a restaurant and it Doesn't skip a beat! The Bluetooth feature is Long range and the multiple channels it offers is perfect. Can't beat the price for the quality.

    I bought it to use it as a 2nd Amp for Zone 2 from a Denon main AVR. It has no 100 whats output per channel anyway, closely 30w maybe. I haven´t heard it with the Tune-Radio features or bluetooth, but in CD or Aux inputs, sucks. Even with full volume, full bass an full treble, sounds clear but as the worst computer mini-logitech set up. Well, is my fault, you get what you pay for. If you keep it, use 10w tiny speakers, no bass even

    Amp fail. Avoid Insignia.

    The amp died after 3 years and 6 months - the monitor output still works but the speakers are silent. Obviously out of warranty. Really, less than 4 years?

    Recently bought this product & it went out after a week w/ minimal use. Insignia brand speakers are garbage too. Avoid this brand.

    this unit was dead out of the box...went thru the troubleshooting steps over the phone with an insignia tech...he said to return it. hats off to best buy, completely hassle free return,

    Good but the bluetooth feature sucks

    I found it interesting, but from the beginning the bluetooth feature failed. It works for about 25 seconds or so and from then on it stops working. you can reconnecto to the bluetooth but still will disconnect again. Nevertheless I have an additional bluetooth receiver that I connect to the Aux input but if I didn't have that one, it would have been the worst dissappointment ever.

    Randomly shuts off

    Initially I liked this product but soon it started randomly turning off while I was using it. I returned it to the store and was provided another one. It also behaved the same way.

    It will turn on and immediately turns back off. The remote won't work either. If price is an indicator of value, this is a terrible product. Buy a quality product, not this one.

    Unit is built solid and looks nice but, mine powered off after one hour of use and now won't power back on. Unit is DEAD. I'm taking it back to Best Buy.

    Its cheap and doesnt last long , I am on my 3rd one which I use in my garage. Buy the 1 year warranty as it will stop working within 1 year or less.

    Flawed Product that Best Buy Knows

    Don't buy. There is a defect in this product actually listed in the owners manual. In "some" cases the unit will just power itself off after a minute. You are then advised to call Best Buy customer service. The best the "tech" could do is tell me to turn the unit on and off and, if that didn't work, then return the unit. Great, I had spent $2000 hardwiring a home theater system for the holidays. This is totally irresponsible of Best Buy. And I don't know what is up with the positive reviews but this thing is NOT professional. Run.
