    Poor thermostat engineering.

    Although the fridge cooled the compressor wouldn’t start cooling until the fridge internal temperature reached 45 even though I had the thermostat set to 35. Who knows how long food sat in the damager zone before being chilled back down to temp. Very dissipating as I loved everything else about this fridge.

    Doesn't Maintain Safe Temps

    It really is a nice looking into but, after a week, it could not maintain safe food refrigeration temps under 40 degrees. Returned to the store.

    If you are looking for a reliable freezer then you should look elsewhere. They seem to be manufactured to fail immediately after the warranty expires. My freezer stopped cooling just 20 days beyond the warranty period. My sister bought the same model and within a month of the 1 year warranty expiring hers died as well. Luckily we kept our older Frigidaire in the garage and unlike Insignia they are made to actually last a couple years….

    My brand new freezer still waiting for the broken

    It’s very bad experience. I got this freezer on 5/9. But I still waiting for the broken part delivery until now 6/28. Best Buy still doesn’t give me a solution. I called them more than 20 times. They don’t help. Bad service.

    No Way to Attach Handle

    Better count the screws for the handle when you unpack it… it takes six months to order the part. It works well without the handle when the door is closed.

    Bad bad freezer

    This item has a nice-looking face but is not a good freezer, works for only 4 months(use as a freezer). it stop working today. I tried to troubleshoot it 5 times and cool down the system, but still won't work. Called customer service, a technician needs about a week or a month to come out to repair it. Which means my food will dump into a garbage recycle. Not happy, just not happy.

    DO NOT BUY. You have 15 days from date of delivery to determine any issues. Then your stuck with something that doesn't work properly. Every time we open the door the power goes off and on. There is a glitch somewhere in the system, and we have to deal with repair now on a brand new freezer. Two of them!

    Picked up the refrigerator on September 9th 2021 now its February 26th 2022 and its not keeping the proper temperature. I tried to get it fixed, they say they don't have anyone in the area to fix it. The geek squad sent me a email saying I could exchange it if I want to drive 300 miles to get it I would never buy anything else from best buy.

    Lasted a full month before getting so hot it burned my fingers. They are making it right with a new unit but a month wait. It’s not good when a expensive unit doesn’t last this long

    Handle Broke off completely

    JUNK...DOESN'T HOLD TEMP AS A REFRIGERATOR

    This product is JUNK! Does NOT hold temp in refrigerator mode. I set it at 35 degrees and it stays a consistent 52 degrees. Oh and the "best" part is that there are NO authorized repair persons in this area so yeah....JUNK!
