Less than 3 months and the compressor went out. Got a lemon but manufacture warranty is replacing it. They said my geek squad will roll over but I don't see it on my replacement order so I'm skeptical at this point.

Beautiful freezer but I can’t open it. It is so light weight that it rolls across the floor every time I try to open it. What good is that? This is the third review I have given, and no one in your company cares that I can’t open the freezer without it rolling across the floor. You keep asking me and I keep telling you about the issues I’m having, but nobody cares.

Delivery crew said it would not fit were i wanted it. After they left i measured it and had a good 1 1/2in of clearance so it woul have fit.

Bought two of them use one for freezer one for refrigerator They are great only problem is they are dented

This freezer is just junk. The vacuum on the door is so hard it's nearly impossible to open without dragging it around. It also doesn't close well. You have to push it fully closed every time. To make matters worse the temperature/door alarm doesn't work at all. We just noticed that the door was very slightly open and the internal temperature was 50 degrees and the alarm never went off once. We've also had it just stop cooling for no obvious reason. The door was closed and it was set to -10 degrees and it's still 40+ inside with no alarms. Also be aware that it has a 15 day return policy - probably for reason just like these.

Had this freezer and it died right at the 2 year mark. It says its garage ready but it never worked well in our garage. The door doesn't close properly and we constantly were throwing away food because it would not close and defrost. No warning bells, no nothing. This is terrible freezer and I would never buy again.

When I received the freezer, it was all dented up with a big scratch on it. I accepted it, but when I opened it, one of the shelves was broken I tried to get a replacement, waited on hold for hours multiple times, and had no one answer so I decided to finally just give up.

Freezer is great, but the guys that delivered it were not. Very unprofessional.

Purchased this May 29, 2020 for $855.99 It was working great in my garage until the compressor locked up on 7-26-24 and had to throw out a lot of meat, seafood and other frozen stuff of at least $1,000.00 of food. It has a 1 year warranty and honestly should have lasted more than just FOUR YEARS. Will definitely NOT be buying the same as a replacement. Can't afford to lose money when it just STOPS working.

I bought this fridge/freezer to store milk for sale. Milk needs to be kept under 40 degrees by law, and preferably should remain between 33-37 degrees. The fridge's lowest setting is 35, but after a week of running, a temperature probe in a glass of water and multiple independent thermometers continued to clock the internal temperature at around 43-44 degrees. Bought an inkbird controller, set the unit to freezer mode at 10 degrees, with the inkbird set to turn it on and off to keep at 35 +/-2 degrees. Somehow, the unit set itself back to fridge, and nearly spoiled a week's worth of product by keeping it at an illegally high temperature. If my inkbird alarm hadn't alerted me, I'd have been out a lot of money. 35 as a low setting on the fridge, when it isn't even properly calibrated, is completely inappropriate for safe food storage.
