Delivery was seamless. Read some reviews criticizing the door handle breaking. Door has a recessed handle on top. The regular handle needs about ten seconds to depressurize the freezer because of the great seal along the door. If you are in that much of a hurry just use the recessed handle on the top of the unit and it opens easily. Some of the reviews that we take so seriously are just people that don't think

They are larger than expected but made it down the basement steps. I will say that they seal almost too well - the freezer is often hard to open unless you pinch the seal while pulling the handle. They are very efficient, drawing just 1.5 amps, which is amazing for their size. The handles are not reversible.

Large Enough to Hold 56 Gallons of Water Thank You

Great Size Freezer/Refrigerator

I would like to compliment the delivery crew for their patience and expertise . I know it wasn’t easy getting the freezer into the area required, but they were very professional and punctual .

Delivery team did a great job communicating when they were coming - opened up the box so I could see everything was ok and set it in the garage. I have not tried to convert to a Refrigerator, but the Freezer works great. Wasn't sure if it would work in the garage, but it has been doing great with cold nights.
