Has alot of room inside, easy to see what I have and I really love the fact that I can see the temperature on the outside of the door. Just wished that I had purchased this freezer sooner. I really like the Insignia products.

Readily available to replace the freezer that stopped working. The quick delivery helped save most items that were held in coolers (with dry ice) for 3 days.

New freezer

They moved my old freezer to where I wanted it, and put the new one in its place. But, they didn’t level it, so it tilted when I opened the door ( which was extremely hard to pull open) so had to call the Geeks Squad to level it. Otherwise everything was great.

Plug it in and haven't had to lose sleep over wondering if it's working properly (Like the model that it replaced)! I would recommend!!!!

Set it at 35° and it'll fluctuate between 38° and 42° inside never hits 35°. Since we only use it for drinks It'll suffice. The 2nd one we purchased is set on freezer mode which is much better at holding set temperature, set at -4 and it stay around -3

Tons Of Space For A Decent Price

It did not disappoint. We use it as a freezer (you can optionally use it as a refrigerator). It has tons of space to store all kinds of items for long-term freezing. I've been very happy with the layout & performance so far.

Delivery was seamless. Read some reviews criticizing the door handle breaking. Door has a recessed handle on top. The regular handle needs about ten seconds to depressurize the freezer because of the great seal along the door. If you are in that much of a hurry just use the recessed handle on the top of the unit and it opens easily. Some of the reviews that we take so seriously are just people that don't think

Can't beat it for the price, but I do highly suggest getting some additional shelves since the built in shelves are quite far apart and aren't really adjustable.

Massive Freezer

It is massive. The amount of space it has is genuinely great and it keeps things super cold even in Texas. Definitely recommend.

Purchasing this was very convenient and easy in these challenging Covid times. We purchase d it online, set up delivery without going into a store. Delivery was on time and quick. For a mere $29, the delivery crew carted off the old refrigerator/freezer.

I've only used the freezer function but I have not had any issues. If I could add anything, I would add additional shelves/slots to better organize and would have the outside always display the current temperature inside the freezer.
