This freezer to me has more room than a deep freezer in my eyes. Lots of space, easy to load, ton of room, and easily accessible. Well worth it when it compares to room and space. The price is a little high, but during the current situation, it meets the need.

Everything is organized and easy to access & use. Love the large size and still having counter depth. I like the option for refrigeration and freezing, however we bought it for a freezer and it's working splendidly.

The unit did not adjust enough for my uses. If I could have added a few shelves on the inside I would have kept it.

The door is very hard to open. Called customer service and was disappointed by their lack of knowledge and ability to help. Searched the web and found the answer was to squeeze the door gasket with your fingers to let pressure equalize and door opened much easier. Freezer is large and well built.

The temperature settings are on the outside so you don’t have to open the door to set it. We have 3 deer in it so far and still have room for more.

I ordered it online and picked it up at the warehouse. I guess I didn’t read the description quite as well as I should have because this thing is huge. Not that was a bad thing. I’ve had many freezers before and this one is way better.

The salesperson sold my husband the wrong fridge, $50 less than the one we wanted, when the fridge arrived, it was snowing and such an inconvenience for the gentlemen to bring in that I did not call to return. In the future, Best Buy should have customers come out to the truck to confirm the item before it’s unpacked and delivered into the home - it’s not what we wanted but what we are stuck with, I would have gladly paid $50 more to get what I wanted
