Love my deep freezer and even more love the fact that it can also switch to a fridge as well very great buy and would highly recommend and thinking about purchasing another on in the future...

I love this freezer. I have two others like it only smaller. I haven't used it as a fridge, only a freezer.

Functions well and is quiet. Plenty of room to store food.

Great freezer or refrigerator. Im using it for the freezer function plenty of space and interior is smooth. Free delivery and placed the freezer were i wanted it. Plugged it in set it to freezer temp to 0 Fahrenheit. Set it and forget it. (Remember you have food in it). You'll be pleased with this dual freezer/frig.

The freezer works as expected. The only problem that I have with it is the shelf spacing. I have to stack things just right to get the best use of space. If I remove something from the middle of the stack, then I have to piece the pile back together so as not to have an avalanche.

Amazing freezer! Love the alarm if I forget to close it!

Well . . . we loved this unit up until about a month ago. It is a great concept and fit our needs as a big family perfectly. I was baffled when the unit started failing over the course of a week, since I bought it only 2 years ago. I called the Insignia (Best Buy) service department, and they were apologetic, but said, since it was out of warranty (1 year warranty) they couldn't do anything to help. I hired a refrigerator repair man - a retired engineer from a major appliance manufacturer, and he performed a pressure test on the system and found a slow leak in the tubing, which, unfortunately is buried in foam and enclosed in the rear metal case. The gauge pictured below lost 200 psi overnight - should hold steady at 300 psi. Sad that these great product ideas aren't better backed up by their creators . . .

Big freezer. Lots of room space. Freezes evenly and worth the purchase. Make sure you have enough room before you buy though

I love my new freezer from Best Buy. It freezes fast. The suction is so good that the door is a little difficult to open.

I have had this freezer for 5 months now. It is in my garage and living in the south, it gets a little hot in my garage. No problems for this freezer. Very quiet operation with no condensation inside or outside.

So far so good bought it to use it as fridge and works perfectly fine so much space.

Good shelf spacing; runs quiet. Delivered, plugged into power and no hassles. Exceptional delivery - notified us in advance, arrived on time, placed into position, and removed all packing material. Very pleasant!
