We purchased this only a week ago and so far the freezer works great. When we purchased this, we intended to use it only as a Freezer, not a Refrigerator. As a freezer this would have been a 5 star rating, but because they advertise it as also a refrigerator which does not work well, it drug down the rating. Before we purchased it we read several negative reviews about it not getting cold enough to be a refrigerator. So just for checking purposes when we first set it up, we set it to refrigerator mode and set the thermostat down to 35 degrees F., which is the lowest setting in the refrigerator mode. I checked the temperature twice with a separate thermometer. The first time it was at 36 F., and after all night it was 40 F. which is way too hot for a refrigerator. In the freezer mode the thermostat can go from -10 to +11 degrees F. We set it at 0 F. and have checked the temperature several times and it varied between -2 and +2 F., so it works great. Also the auto defrost so far works great. Ordering is easy, prices are competitive, and the delivery guys did well, were information and helpful. Also to my knowledge, Best Buy does not suppress free speech for which they disagree politically like Amazon.

I love my freezer and can’t wait for the Holidays to turn it to a refrigerator!

I use it as a freezer in the garage. Even in the 100+ degree days, it keeps the food frozen. it is roomy and i love having the controls on the door.

I love this freezer! No ice!!!! My old “frost free” free er ALWAYS had ice somewhere. It was frustrating every time I opened the freezer. I am happy every time I open my new freezer!! The doors have lots of room to hold things as do the drawers. It has a cool feature I have not used yet. It can also be a refrigerator! I am very pleased with my purchase and wished I had done it sooner!

Good item and it would be better if it had more temperature adjustments for better economics. So far satisfied with this purchase. Better than a previous freezer we owned that was hard to access frozen items. This unit is a plus since you can also use as a refrigerator if the need arises.

Love this fridge or freezer. I bought 2 and use one as freezer and other as fridge. They are spacious and fantastic because you can stand things straight up and they fit. Lots of room.

Everything is working like it should. The freezer cooled down quickly and it has a tight seal. I like having the temperature gauge on the front door so that you don't have to open the door to set it.

So far so good! Have only had a few weeks but so far we love this fridge/freezer. It is very spacious and has large tall shelves. Great control panel on the front for temp and fridge/freezer function.

Love my deep freezer and even more love the fact that it can also switch to a fridge as well very great buy and would highly recommend and thinking about purchasing another on in the future...
