This is an awesome freezer. Lots of room including in the door. And it was a great price!

I absolutely love this freezer/refrigerator so much I’m about to buy my third one.

Its a nice size and so far working out great. I like the frost free bit, we had to manually defrist our old one.

It's great! Couldn't be happier. It was perfect for the half a cow we bought it for.

Although same size as my previous freeze, much more interior storage space. Always seals tight for maximum freezing.

Great freezer or refrigerator. Im using it for the freezer function plenty of space and interior is smooth. Free delivery and placed the freezer were i wanted it. Plugged it in set it to freezer temp to 0 Fahrenheit. Set it and forget it. (Remember you have food in it). You'll be pleased with this dual freezer/frig.

I don’t know what you put here. I plugged it in, it works and stuff is frozen. Excellent!

Well . . . we loved this unit up until about a month ago. It is a great concept and fit our needs as a big family perfectly. I was baffled when the unit started failing over the course of a week, since I bought it only 2 years ago. I called the Insignia (Best Buy) service department, and they were apologetic, but said, since it was out of warranty (1 year warranty) they couldn't do anything to help. I hired a refrigerator repair man - a retired engineer from a major appliance manufacturer, and he performed a pressure test on the system and found a slow leak in the tubing, which, unfortunately is buried in foam and enclosed in the rear metal case. The gauge pictured below lost 200 psi overnight - should hold steady at 300 psi. Sad that these great product ideas aren't better backed up by their creators . . .

Functions well and is quiet. Plenty of room to store food.

I am enjoying the freezer. I like that it is spacious.

The freezer works as expected. The only problem that I have with it is the shelf spacing. I have to stack things just right to get the best use of space. If I remove something from the middle of the stack, then I have to piece the pile back together so as not to have an avalanche.

I use this freezer/refrigerator combo as a freezer. I didn realize just how big it is. It has sooo much space and tall, plenty of room for almost any family.

Can't beat for the price. Literally no competition in this pricing category.

Fantastic freezer, but the door is really hard to open. This will probably get better over time.

I have had this freezer for 5 months now. It is in my garage and living in the south, it gets a little hot in my garage. No problems for this freezer. Very quiet operation with no condensation inside or outside.
