I bought this to use with my computer as a monitor and hooked it up via the HDMI connection. Also use it with an antenna to watch over the air TV. The picture is very clear, 1080p, and the 22" size is pretty good for using as a computer monitor. As for the TV, it scans and picks up all the local channels with a basic antenna. The remote lets you adjust the picture settings to get the kind of picture you would want. Very pleased with the purchase.

The 22 inch is what I need. With 1080p, I used it as a PC monitor as well. It has good picture and sound. It is also light weight. I did attach the TV to a monitor stand so it can swivel and tilt.

We purchased this TV for our Travel Trailer. It's the largest screen size that would fit the primary location. It's light weight and crisp picture have made it a perfect fit.

Got this on sale after prior similar size tv in our kitchen died. Very easy to set up and had just the connections I needed for my ATT Uverse box and additional speakers. Not a lot of information in the box but one had remote codes for my ATT remote that saved a lot of time in the setup. One other review states the legs are wobble. The screws that secure the legs are very hard to get all the way down. Once fully tightened the legs are fine. My one worry is the mini plug for the speaker/headphone jack is touchy requiring jiggling to get good contact. If bumped it loses contact. Built in speakers are ok if you are only a few feet away, not so much if you are across the room or any appliance is operating.

Bought this TV to use as an HD monitor for my wife's MacBook Air. It has 1920 x 1080 resolution with HDMI inputs. It is the perfect size to fit in the location where the computer is used.

Third time buying Insignia overall. Second time buying Insignia for bedroom and gaming tv. Only difference this time was the upgrade in size. The picture is perfect, no lag and the price is good.

We were searching for a kitchen TV, and found this size to be ideal. The picture clarity is surprisingly great. We already owned an Insignia TV; we are pleased with brand. It's wall mounted, too; thus, we're highly satisfied.

I purchased this TV to double as a computer monitor/TV for a vacation home. The reason I purchased this TV vs others is the fact that it is 1080p for use as a monitor. This is the minimum resolution I need for a PC monitor. I added a Roku Stick and hung a small Intel NUC PC off the back. The picture looks very good when streaming. Good color and resolution. It's not as good as a computer monitor. Colors are a little flat and icons washed out. Hoping I can find right settings to correct this but haven't yet. I did find the setting to remove overscanning when using the PC. What I really like is this is not a universal setting. The TV and HDMI port with the Roku still have the overscan on while the PC has it off. Sound is also pretty decent for a small TV. Much better than a 24" LG Smart TV I purchased at 2x the price 2 years ago. I also purchased a refurbished product to save a few $'s. It looks brand new to me. It just didn't come in the original packaging. All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Perfect except for one small detail. While the picture is visible over a wide angle the color saturation fades some over about a 30 degree angle off of center. This limitation doesn't impact on use as a monitor but beside a table with people sitting off to the sides it is noticeable.

Great picture, sound and value. Hard to find any better in this small size. Sure beats the Vizio with the dark shadow out of the box that it replaced, and it was only 720p and cost more!

I bought an Insignia several years ago. Unlike most appliances/tech products, it's still going strong. When my main TV kicked the bucket after only 2 yrs. I knew I wanted to get a second Insignia. I searched until I found just what I wanted, and am very pleased with it's performance Don't know much about the tech side of things, but it's working well for what I need and am happy I stuck with this brand. Picture is very clear, audio quite acceptable. Only complaint is when changing channels or up or down audio, it tells just where one is on the channels/audio level. It's more than aggravating because it cuts out the audio from the program playing and one often misses several words. The robotic voice is undesirable as well. Only fault however.

This TV seems to have a good tuner and successfully scanned in all of the broadcast (antenna) channels that I care about plus many others. The good sound quality was a very pleasant surprise. The colors are not as realistic as on other TVs that I own but they are satisfactory. There is one irritating issue with the sound going significantly out of sync with the picture. This seems to occur randomly and there is no known correlation with any other events that might potentially cause it. At the times it occurs, it isn't possible to correct within the setup range of adjustment. Otherwise a sound delay setting of 60 seems to work well. Overall this TV, so far seems to be a good value for the price and is working well for me.

I have a small TV in my office. My remote on the old 22 inch TV that was in my office broke. Looking for a remote I found out a good remote is around 30. I bought this TV for $59.00. For Most most its a no brainer. If anyone needs a cheap TV for kids room or as a monitor for a laptop best buy has this unit really cheap at $59. It's rare because it's FHD (1080). 99% of small TVs are HD (720). It's not smart, just HDTV so you need a dongle if you wanna stream. The picture is great and the sound for a small TV is really good. I hooked it up to Fire TV stick and now I can get the Audio to come through my much larger bluetooth speaker.
