Since I wasn’t using it as a tv, I decided to give it 3 stars. The picture quality is just okay in my opinion. Might be a low cost gift for someone who lives in a dorm. I would not recommend as a monitor though. I returned it the next day.

Picture is crisp, but had a lot of flicker at first. Called SPECTRUM and they advised trying the second HDMI input. That seemed to fix the issue. Volume is OK for the unit, but cannot increase channel
