Hard to find a small television

After a mere week it just turned off and never turned back on. We called Best Buy customer service and though they were good about sending a replacement, it took a MONTH. We bought this because our daughter was having a hard time being able to see her teacher and assignments online, so not having it a whole month after paying for it was ridiculous. There’s no reason they couldn’t have prioritized it. We just received the second one several days ago, so we’ll see how this one fairs. Overall, it is a very cheap tv, both cost-wise as well as regarding quality. If this one works for at least a couple of years then I’ll say it was worth it. Would only recommend to someone like my 5 year old who doesn’t know the difference between a high quality screen with a crisp picture and this one.

Wish It Was Better

All my TVs I have owned have been Insignia so I thought it would be of a good quality. However, the picture quality was subpar and no amount of fiddling with the settings made it any better. I would not recommend this for use as a computer monitor. As a TV it would maybe be OK but it definitaly does not have the same picture quality of my other Insignia TVs.

Picture was good while it worked but then would randomly go to a scrambled screen. Switched everything out (cables, xfinity box, etc) but it was the TV. No issues with return and replaced it with a Vizio 24" class D full HD smart tv for about $30 more. That was a good choice.
