Sound is fairly low, but it has audio output for external speakers. Very on bottom stick out too wide (more than width of unit) . I left them off and made simple stand instead.

Received excellent and courteous assistance, but disappointed by the fact that it requires both the Insignia and the cable company's remotes together to operate the TV.
