Was looking for a small tv for my room. This had almost everything i wanted at a good price :) only missing thing was apple screen mirroring. Processor speed is definitely slower than my main tv, but it’s okay.

It has great resolution and is perfect for my kitchen. My only issues are with the fact that it turns on randomly. Like in the middle of the night which is frustrating. The sound could be better too.

We purchased this for tge bedroom for when we had a newborn. I had to purchase a roku stick to watch my cable services, that were not available on the fire tv... do your research unlike me.

Purchased the TV for use as a monitor and TV. While the TV itself is constructed well, I have some gripes about it. #1 It takes a REALLY LONG TIME to turn on. First, you have to wait to see the obligatory FireTV logo; then you have to wait until it decides to finally turn on.. maybe like a minute or so until it turns on completely. Most times, I really just need to change the output to HDMI 2 but have to wait for the requite 1 or 2 minutes until it decides to turn on. #2 While for a TV the image looks fine, as a monitor the thing is very bad. I have a dedicated Nvidia video card on a not-too old computer - maybe from 2015, and have used larger TVs as monitors with no issue, but the image quality on this TV is subpar! When viewing ANY website, all the pictures are very grainy, and definitely NOT 1080. The words are not super clear on sites either. Maybe it's not desinged to be a monitor, I get that, but in this situation, I was looking for a dual purpose TV, so this is the best compromise, I suppose. Overall, for the price and the fact that it is both a TV and can also be a mediocre monitor, it will have to work. While I did look at monitors in the 24" realm, and then having to purchase an Fire Stick/remote, this two-in one came out to be a better price.

The tv was good but could not be used with AT&T system- so we had to return and get a LG tv and now everything works fine

Nice TV, but I was unaware that the Fire TV interface doesn’t work well with my cable tv and dvr. I have to switch the input whenever I turn on the tv. I understand that once Insignia has a Spectrum app to download, that might be easier. I spent a lot of time trying to set the live tv to my cable box only to find out that it’s not possible.

The TV automatic installed upgraded when first turned on. Had no problems using with OTA programs and channel scan. A lot more channels than I expected here in Los Angeles. Great image over my older set.

I dont think i have ever had more problems with a tv. When you first turn it on you might as well be starting a pc. Loading anything takes forever. Was happy to get rid of them.

I love Best Buy and my opinion isn't changed by my comment: Was disappointed that it took 3 or 4 days to basically confirm what I had told them was apparently the problem (I also realize everyone is short-handed) ie. the wifi card was bad. Their solution was to buy a wifi adapter - no explaination as to why they didn't either fix it or walk over to another department get one and install it. I would have fully expected to pay for either. As it was, it took me an additional few days to figure out how to install and make it work.

Would be 5 stars except for auto power off and inputs. For me I cant figure out how to STOP auto Power off; Each time It auto powers off automatically I have to re-select the input.

Overall I think it is good, but think I am struggling with some apps. I think I may have to get another ATT modem/streamer. I guess I would recommend with better instruction.

Bought this for the bedroom in our travel trailer. I forgot to take it down and it ended up falling and sliding across the floor for a few hundred miles. Plugged it back in and it works perfect.

Whats incredible about this tv vs others we have bought in recent years is that it works and hasn’t caused any problems while some have needed weekly unpluggings in order for them to work at all. Bottom line is it “smart tv’s” well.

This is a great tv for streaming apps. It’s the perfect size for my craft room.

What a terrible product and purchase experience. Unboxed it, hooked it up to a known, good RG-6 coax cable from my outside, mast and rotator mounted Televes antenna (very high quality outdoor antenna) - and I get pixel break ups on a known, strong local channel that my other 2 TVs have absolutely no problems with. I know the coax line feeding this TV is good, because I just gave away the TV that used to be sitting there and it was fine. No pixelization. So either the OTA tuner in this TV is defective, or just not very good. I call "tech support" at 800-926-3000 (off of the Insignia website) to try and see if they know of anything that can save me from having to return this TV, and I am subjected to - forced to - listen to 4 ads for various auto warranty and medicare supplement services. After each ad I push the button for "I'm not interested" and advance to the next ad. After the last ad I get auto-DISconnected (hung up on). ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I'm done. Returning this garbage IMMEDIATELY. DONE.

Terrific deal on a great television!! I bought this for my father’s bedroom and it worked out great for him! He loves the voice command remote control! Overall a great deal and once again Best Buy delivered again
