This is my first and last Insignia purchase! First, let me say that I'm an electronics technician in motor control and automation. This TV worked fine at first but after time it gradually became slow to respond to any remote commands. At first, I was suspicious of the batteries in the remote and later discovered that the remote is operating as it should. This unit is slow to respond to commands and arbitrarily will go to home by its self and if left alone, will actually power off. A temporary fix is to totally power down the unit and pull the plug. A longer fix is to take the unit back to factory default and re-enter all of your apps and login info for each. In my case that is Hulu, Disney+ and Netflix. Just standard apps. After about a month or so, same story all over again. It's as if the cache gets full and the tv doesn't know what to do but slow down and eventually shut off. There is no option for clearing the cache other than to wipe the unit back to factory default. I shouldn't have to deal with re-entering my apps and info every other month. I'm being reasonable. I'm not expecting top of the line performance out of a mid-priced tv, but this unit is ridiculous. Count me down and out with Insignia!

Worst piece of crap TV i've ever bought. Super slow and some apps wouldn't even load up, if they did it would take over a half hour just to get it to launch. Returned less than two days later. Don't waste your money or time

I'm really liking this TV! My only complaint is the screws for the base strip easy. Other than that, I love it!

Good TV and good computer monitor. This 1080 resolution TV works as good as a computer monitor

This TV comes on slow and goes in & out often, I’m seriously thinking about returning it. I’m very disappointed because I already have a 50’ of this same model and have no issues so I expected the same results from the smaller 24’ TV. I can’t watch a full show without it going in & out.

Good price, lots of features. Needed a monitor and it worked!

I only got this TV for my mother so she can watch her shows in the kitchen and so far she's been happy with it.

Not quite happy how to get into regular channels. I don't stream that much. Speaker not the best!

It's decent, bought it for an RV, so size was essential. The smart tv os is very slow.

I don't leave a lot of reviews, but this TV made me do it. I have no words to describe how much I dislike it. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy... Slow, restarts whenever it feels like, disconnects from BT randomly, runs out of memory as soon you download a few tv apps and warns you that it's going to be even slower than slow. Way to go BestBuy and Insignia!

Excellent quality for a 24 inch. We have it in the kitchen. Perfect for this room.

Good for my small bedroom. Sound quality should be improved. Image quality is perfect.

Not really a likable product, product start slowing up freezing up after period of time.plus my wife return the first one because it black out.

I haven't used the computer for the television. It has been connected to the wifi. The television is great.

Its a cheap TV loaded with bloatware. I needed a monitor for my Raspberry Pi and this filled the need. It has built in apps so thats a bonus.

Got it for office, works as expected. A big positive surprise is that it has amazing audio for such a small tv.

BASICALLY "WORKS" AS A TELEVISION SHOULD - IT SHOWS A PICTURE ; HOWEVER I WAS LED TO BELIEVE THAT ITS USE AS MONITOR WOULD BE SIMPLE AND "GLITCH" FREE NOT SO !!! LIMITED SOUND (VOLUME) REPRODUCTION !

It's all you can expect for the size of the unit, it could have a little better sound system.

Perfect for 3rd tv in spirts room along with 46 & 60 in just right for room!!
