I’ve This is the worst tv I’ve ever used. I installed this tv in my home office and have had many issues with it. I often find myself just watching shows on my iPad on my desk instead of using the tv. The tv is very slow to navigate, load apps, and load/play movies and shows. Pretty much everything is just slow. I don’t think the Home Screen is user friendly. It seems like a lot of ads or suggestions rather than the apps I use most often. It’s a lot of navigating to get to what I want to. On many of the apps it isn’t clear what is highlighted or what I’m clicking on. Another issue is often times a show will be playing and the audio will continue but the picture will freeze, especially on commercials. The only fix is to return to the Home Screen and reopen the app. Sometimes the sound drops out of nowhere so I’m assuming that’s a speaker issue. It seems like the tv can’t support popular apps like Hulu, Netflix, Paramount +, etc as it will often crash and closes out of whatever I was watching.

Routinely [i.e., twice a day] the setup reverts to the Store Mode, requiring re-setup. After just over a month, we are donating the new TV to a less-fortunate family, in hopes they will not experience the same deficiencies.

I was initially going to return it but had already thrown away the box and manual.
