    Only lasted about 12 months before it stopped responding to remote. Sent in for repair and replacement parts no longer available.

    After turning the thing on, I have to wait while it dithers and tries to get me to sign up for an Amazon account, which I don't want. Finally, it offers a several-step process to connect to my cable channels. This was the only TV Best Buy offered that would fit in the space where I need it. I find it barely usable. I'd give it no stars if I could.

    This TV is total trash. Absolute garbage. Takes literally 5 whole minutes to turn on and then another 5 whole minutes to load any of the streaming apps. Never mind the way the streaming cuts out and goes back to the Home Screen five minutes into a show. Don’t waste your money. Having no TV is better then having this one.

    Dead slow to startup. You can set a default input, but will change on its own. Suggest you buy NO tv with a fire or ANY built in like OS.

    Tv worked but I was going to use it as a monitor for photography in place of an old vizio once I set it up I found that it distorted the picture and I could not use it to process pictures and I had to set the vizio back up I returned it to the store

    I wanted to use this tv as a computer monitor. The salesman said it would work. It did not. The color was terrible and blurry. I ended up buying a Lenovo 24” monitor. It’s 5 star.

    I Ordered this tv for my son's dorm room for his first year away. Only to discover the Netflix wouldn't link to the system. We were told it must be the hardware since we tried various remedies given by the company to pair the remote. So now he's stuck with a hunk of junk and i have to purchase another tv. So disappointing.

    We bought 2 one for each of our kids amd returned both. This tv is so slow! I hated the amazon fire aspect. A tv should be very simple to navigate i mean its a tv. This is most ridiculously unuser friendly tv i could possibly imagine. Downloading tv apps is epic. Forget using a dvd or blu ray pkayer with it if you set up a kids profile becuase apparently you cant access the input from the kids profile. So then my son would have to log out and switch to my account to use his dvd player. I could go on but i have nothing good to say about this tv.

    Third Insignia FireTv edition. First one I returned within five months due to it restarting itself. Returned it and got another one which was an open box. Second one, it did the same thing but it would freeze while watching YouTube from time to time. I finally brought it back to and they couldn't fix it due to no parts available. Bought this one and have had it 3 months and the same issues have started already. Will never get another Insignia FireTv edition TV again.

    The interface sucks. I want to set it to one input and have it stay on that input unless I change it. Should have just gotten a ruko tv

Actually, there is a feature on your TV called Power On, once you enabled the feature, whenever you turn on your TV it will route to your desired TV input. You may follow this steps: Go to Settings> Display and Sound> Power Controls > Power On> and select Last Input.     TV was returned due to unresolved problems with FireTV and Hulu. View angle is very narrow. Picture quality/brightness suffer when not viewed from directly in front of TV.

    Do not buy unless you want to spend $30 per month on remote control batteries! There is a well known issue that this TV drains the battery and no, resetting the remote does hot work.
