    Sound issues make this a poor buy

    Bought this TV to use in my office. Sound frequently goes to heavy static, and is exacerbated when the soundbar is attached. (I tried both ways to see if it was the soundbar. It wasn't.) Apps are slow to load, UI to control sound settings is awful. But I need a 24inch tv so I will probably have to exchange for a new one.

    Need to choose input every time you turn it on

    Every time you turn on this TV you must choose which input you plan on using HDMI 1, 2 etc. They must have made it purposely incompatible with a Roku which I have plugged into HDMI 1. I don't want any of the streaming or fire TV features. Just want to plug my Roku into HDMI and use it. But it doesn't work that way. Returning. Zero Stars if I could.

      Thank you for your review. To change the TV to power up directly to the last input setting, press the Home button on your remote control and select the Settings menu. Then select the Display & Sounds menu and change the Power On setting to Last Input. With this new setting, the TV will power up to the last input that was watched. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    this was supposed to be an open box item in excellent condition. It arrived in a box that had small pieces of sheetrock and dirt in it. The item itself was broken at the top of the screen and the screen had numerous scratches on it. I am not sure I would buy an open box item ever again.

    This thing is hot, steamy, trash. Worked for about a year and a half, then the sound crapped out. Cuts in and out now. Not to mention it's slower than a phone from 10yrs ago. Save your money and buy something else.

    This is the Insignia 24 inch TV - I had to return it for the following reasons (after continually thinking these problems were just a one time fluke): Didn't always turn on Sound didn't always come on. Screen froze (this was the last straw).

    TV was purchased in August 2022. Didn’t make it 6 mos! TV doesn’t work anymore, screen goes black then it shows the word “Insiginia”, try’s to load up, then back n forth to black screen white screen!

    I would give zero stars if allowed. Bought it for a Christmas gift on Dec 16, opened on Christmas Day, became intermittent with random times it turned off, went to return it and was told it was past the 30 days and could only get store credit. Will never buy from Best Buy again! Customer service no help.

    Unfortunately I am not happy with the tv, its not working correctly and I am having to wait now 2 more weeks to get an appointment at my local store so they can verify whats going on with it.I have only had it less than 1 month. Signed unhappy customer

    Nobody should have to choose an input to turn on their tv. Stupid Jeff Bezos is trying to take over our world and everyone is constantly invading our privacy. Dont buy this tv. Tv has gliches too.

    I should have listened to the one star reviews. This TV turns itself off all the time. It's very frustrating when you're watching a show and the TV turns off and you have to try to find the place you were watching.

    I bought this TV to put Spectrum TV app on it. Found out you can't put Spectrum TV app on a Fire TV, so it was returned. Never had a chance to use it or see picture quality.

    This is not a good TV at all, it is very low meaning you have to turn it all the way up to 100 percent to even hear it. I wish I would have gotten another brand.

    Got this as open-box; Best Buy marked it in excellent condition, but it had indentation on the edges of the frame and looked to be in moderately used condition.
