What do you want for the price? I purchased for a small room. Does it take one second for some loading? Yes, and I have a second. Other than that I’m happy. Word of advice, Do Not buy Open Box on-line, in store yes. My first order came without a remote, the replacement came without a remote. SMH, Finally went to Best Buy store, ended up getting same TV but new And it was on sale, cheaper than the open box TV

The picture quality of the Insignia F20 is better than some better known and more expensive brand names. TVs at this price range are typically 720p (HD) versus the F20's 1080p (Full HD). The built-in speakers are clear and have more depth than most TVs of this size which typically sound metallic without much bass. Overall, the F20 is an excellent choice and offers the best value for a small office or dorm room.

For the last 10 years, I have purchased nothing but Insignia brand "non-smart" televisions. I do not subscribe to cable TV or pay for streaming services so I have used Insignia TV's for over-the-air viewing paired with an HDTV wall mounted antenna and, in addition, I will link my computer via HDMI cable to the Insignia TV's HDMI ARC1 port. Aside from searching the web, I will view music and other types of videos on YouTube and Bing. I had been using a 24" Insignia 720p television in my office area where I sit a couple of feet from the screen and I was wondering if 1080p which this Insignia Full HD Smart possesses would make a difference in the viewing experience. Many people I spoke to and GOOGLE search results indicated that the human eye would "not" be able to detect any difference; however, was I ever surprised after completing the set up of this great TV what a "noticeable" difference there is in visual imagery--particularly when watching videos--whether they be classic or more recent productions! I spent a lot of time reading "many" reviews of this TV where users of this smart TV were annoyed with how after powering on this TV that it takes time for the TV to engage in start up to get the user where they want to go; however, with the guidance of Insignia tech support, I was able to program this TV so that each time I powered on the TV it would take me "directly" to HDMI ARC1 input and if you want to go "directly" to another source after powering on this TV you can achieve that also. I have found that many brands of TV's these days don't have headphone jack; however, all of the Insignia TV's I have owned (such as this one!) do. There are not many companies out there who provide product support long after the purchase date like Insignia brand does. For me, purchasing this "smart TV" was the right decision!

The picture and sound quality is fantastic. No sound bar needed. Love the size for my bedroom TV.

I like the size and the fact that it is lightweight, however, using the apps on the TV it takes very long to upload and I know it is not my Wi-Fi because I have over 900 MBPS

I wanted a Fire tv in the kitchen and this 24” is a perfect size. However, this replaced another 24” tv and it is just a bit smaller…guess everybody has their own tape measure. So far all is good and definitely recommend.

Purchased this TV about 3 weeks ago for our lanai/sunroom and we love it. Has all the apps we need as well as the ability to side load apps that were not originally installed. Saved us from buying another Firestick. Nice picture. Very happy so far.

Very satisfied with this small and simple set up TV. Doubles as a computer monitor thanks to its HDMI port in the back. Had a satisfying experience picking this up at Best Buy

Small but not skimpy on features. Bought it for when I am working in the garage, but it is so lightweight that I use it like a mobile TV.

Bought this television for my Travel Trailer and its great. Full HD and perfect size for my 18 footer. Speaker is surprisingly loud.

I wondered if it would be as great as its star rating. exceeded my expectations. Ordered online and had quick delivery.

Good quality and picture but an inability to tune the RF receiver to stations is a serious limitation. You have to scroll through all discovered stations as opposed to simple entering the station number on a keypad which the TV and the remote do not support.

Excellent clear picture for a smaller screen. fits perfectly in the corner of our kitchen counter.
