I gave it a 4 star due to the fact it has totally shut down on me once, and last night the little circle kept going around and I could not turn off the tv. I had to unplug in both situations to fix it but such an hassle. I do like the TV and I have gone from cable to streaming, the reason I bought the tv. Hopefully no more shut downs.

it is what I expected, or a bit better even. Amazon Fire OS makes it a bit slow to start up, but no problems once it's going. also supports my TV provider's TV app without having to add a separate streaming box. extra bonus!

The TV works as it should. For the price and what I'm using it for (a second screen for karaoke at bars), it's quite the deal. I wish "dumb" TV's still existed.

I could not find the setting to make the TV power back on to the input it was powered off with. Online manual was useless. No info on the subject. After calling Best Buy several times where they didn't give any options to get where I wanted to go, I finally got to talk to a real person and after several transfers, I finally talked to someone that could help me. If I had not finally gotten the help I needed, I was then going to return the TV.

DO NOT BUY!!! I have had insignia tvs before but this one is real bad. This tv does what it wants when it wants!!! Some times it doesn’t turn on. Sometimes it won’t turn off. When trying to watch Netflix or prime the screen goes black and you can only hear the sound!!! Some times apps open sometimes they don’t. It’s very frustrating because you can’t watch anything. It started acting up after the 15 day window in which I could return it and get my money back!!! I didn’t get the protection plan I’m screwed!!!’ So disappointing!!!

TV has great picture. Fire program is slow. Roku is better.

Jumping from an original Xbox One controller, this controller has much improved grip in the design. Now I kind of want the bright green one too!

I bought this small TV for more porch and it’s really nice and works great. I am impressed with the quality of the color, very nice!
