I received this TV by mail. Box was in good condition. Took it out of the box, set it up with wifi, etc. it was on 5 minutes and done. I went on line to try to fix the problem to no avail. This is the 2nd Insignia TV I’ve purchased from Best Buy that stopped working right after purchase. Very disappointed.

Despite updates this tv crashes all. The. Time. If it wasn't attached to a bracket, I would have thrown it off a cliff a long time ago.

Nothing but problems. Watched tv all day through my phone hot spot. Turned it off and was not able to watch again. It keeps saying can't conect to amazon. Same phone, same spot, same internet but won't connect anymore. Peace of Junk!
