Its a cool idea to have Roku built into the tv, but execution is painfully slow. Better off buying a basic tv and a regular roku device.

Was difficult to set up, was for an elderly person.

I use an antenna. Some local channels would not come in. CBS morning show glitch that would turn the screen black then bring up the Insignia banner then turn off the TV. I thought it was a probywith that unit so got a replacement TV but had the same issues.

LIKE THE FACT THAT EVERYTHING IS ON REMOTE AND EASY TO USE

Using as a kitchen counter TV, no complaints so far.

Well it’s a smart tv that isn’t smart. I have 5g WiFi and it can’t pick up the signal. I could have brought it into GEEK Squad but writhin a month my 12 year old thought it would be a good idea to set it up on books for height. It fell!!!! It isn’t damage proof from a fall lol

Not understand in how Roku works. Not working ok..

Bought this for a camera system and it works s described.

Purchased to replace 1983 RCA TV which died during a lightning strike. Wish I had the RCA back!. This insignia has low volume, sounds like a tin can, slow to turn on then you have to select input each time (have not found a setting to avoid this). A larger Visio we purchased at the same time does not require these steps. There is no direct access to channels, you have to scroll - this I was not aware of because the BB rep used a fancy remote (and evidently audio) to demo the TV. Since this was an insurance replacement I an basically locked into keeping it, otherwise I would have been headed back to the store.

When placed close to the wall the sound is low. Nice TV

The only thing the remote control is good for is to power on/off the TV and to go up or down the channels. There is NO key pad so forget getting directly to channels and other functions.

Not the best picture in the world, but not bad for the price. That having been said, the Roku TV interface is great. I purchased this for my mother who is not very tech savvy and she took right to it.

Worst electronics purchase I have ever made. I use this tv as a desk addition. Uses the same, seemless wifi and router as my laptop, Samsun TV, phone, Ipad. Horribly slow to react, drops a 5g connection repeatedly, have system restarted 3 times today, as normal. If I attach a Roku powerstick, it operates perfectly. Junk tv, lousy purchase, never again.

Happy with the general function, but disappointed that the slide shows played from a media stick don't loop! Not what I had hoped for, but not unheard of either.
