Good idea if it had instructions on how to set u[
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We were told this was a good option for an all digital system and all the cable boxes required. Intended for kitchen counter. Well, I cant find channels. No numeric pad for choosing a station, et.

They always break AFTER warranty
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.2 years old.... and just STOPPED working. TV is in guest room and has been used maybe a dozen times over the past 2 years. Ran it for about an hour the other day and it shut off and hasn't restarted. Tried all the "tips" online and it says if it's non-responsive, it probably has a fried board. TV was cheap and not worth repair costs, I'm sure.

If not for the cable cord input loca, w/b a 10
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything about this TV is great except for one feature. The location of the cable, screw in, input slot, causes tension on the part it screws into, causing it to break, so you cannot screw the cord in. This is a factory issue, not misuse. Though the tv was purchased months ago, I feel an exchange should be allowed.

Poor quality - broke in less than 2 years
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV screen display failed in less that 2 years. It was totally black. Customer support recommended that I take it to a repair shop, which would cost more than the TV was worth. Such a total failure in such a short time is indicative of extremely poor quality. I don't recommend purchasing any INSIGNIA product.

Shipped damaged!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was an open box purchase online, certified in excellent condition! But the screen is cracked, there was no protective film on the tv, scratches on the stand.. and finally, a photo of someone's child left in the box.

Ok TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A relative was moving into an assisted facility for a couple weeks for recovery. Needed his own TV so decided to buy something inexpensive since it is not a primary TV. Wanted a smart TV for streaming. Stand is wobbly and setup is a pain. Good thing the facility has wireless since you can't set it up until you setup a Roku account (which I don't/won't use). Downloads/updates software then you can finally use it. Basic cable is provided so you would think that you switch the input to cable and start watching TV. Nope. Switch to antenna and do a channel scan and then the cable channels show up. Try explaining to an 84 year old that to watch cable TV, you have to put in on antenna. Remote doesn't have numbers so you have to use the direction arrows. Picture isn't bad. Seems to be issues with the volume. While watching TV, level was set to about 20-25. Switched to Netflix and had to set about double for the same volume. The TV will serve it's purpose, but would have returned if needed for a longer period.

Great small TV - use a wall mount, stand wobbles
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the 24" TV for my office. My office is small so I appreciate having the Roku functionality built in rather than having to have a separate device. And stick-type streamers don't work because my cats find them fascinating and chew on them. The picture is clear and the interface works well. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is that the stand is so wobbly. It's front to back wobbly, not just side to side. When I remodeled my office, I put in a wall mount for the TV and that works so much better. The big problem was that I lost the remote about a month ago and still can't find it. However, I found a better solution: I downloaded the Roku app for my smartphone and use that instead. It paired up beautifully and includes features such as a keypad that the regular remote doesn't have. So, I admit, I also haven't been looking for the lost remote because I'll never use it again.

Great TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great picture sharp and the sound is clear. Easy to hook up and set up. Only issue is we could not find the right code to use our satellite remote as our universal remote. We will be contacting our provider to resolve that issue. But so far, love the built in Roku!

Great TV for Mom's bedroom
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My mother loves this TV for her bedroom. Great picture and sound quality. The remote still takes some getting used to, especially since it has no numbers LOL. Only drawback is we use DTV NOW for cable TV services and for some reason, the sound on most of those channels are not very loud and it requires turning up your television volume to level 60 and above just to be able to hear well. Don't forget to turn the volume back down when switching to Antenna TV input because it will be extremely loud and could possibly blow your speakers out!
