poor customer service

I had to reset my ROKU password to get past the activation screen and ROKU would not allow me to login with the new password. I tried several times and each time it would tell me the password and email dont match. After waiting 20 min to speak with someone at ROKU support she told me there was nothing she could do and that I would have to email customer support to get it resolved. When I asked for a time frame she said it could take quite awhile. Seriously!? This thing is getting returned before my login will probably ever get fixed. Also, I looked on ROKUs fb page and other people are having this problem too so it's not just user error.

Specifications not correct

The online specifications also state it has an ethernet port. It does NOT - only wifi. Will be making a trip to the store to return.

Not worth the hassle
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My TV consistently loses sound and loses the signal of whatever I am watching, then resets back to the main screen. The TV sits within 6 feet of the router and can't keep a signal.

Only lasted 18 months before breaking

It rarely powers on and when it does it crashes a few seconds later. It’s now useless. I’d have expected it to last 5 years or more. Very disappointed with our purchase.
