Bought the TV during Black Friday 2018. Works good for a small sized bedroom/dorm room. Has great connectors (3 HDMI, RCA, Coax). can even hook up a USB controller to play games on the TV that you can download for free. Comes with Alexa so that's sorta a plus.

I needed a small tv for my desk in my office. This Insignia 24" Smart HDTV was the perfect size for my needs. It helps me concentrate when I am working at my desk. The sound is clear as is the picture. I highly recommend this TV.

I got this for my granddaughter's bedroom. She loves watching netflix and youtube on it. It is so easy for her to operate with only the one remote. It will also be used on her desk to connect her laptop to. We are totally pleased!!

We always go with LG or Insignia due to the price. Since we have switched, we have not been disappointed. I needed this size specifically, though I had to wait for the price to go back dowm.

Purchased for the sunroom. I had it shipped to my home. The packaging was good. The instructions were fool proof, and it was set up and running in minutes. Picture quality and sound quality are good. I would recommend this tv to anyone!

Love the quality of this Fire TV so far. Good picture, good sound, and using the Fire stick is so much easier since it's built in. It has a sleep timer, but you have to go deep into settings to find it - wish there was a button on the remote.

I bought this for my 2 year old so she could stop hogging the livingroom tv, and I love it! There are so many kids tv and lullaby apps. Its super easy to use, Alexa even understands my childs voice. Just make sure u put on parental lock! Lol

This is a perfect TV to have in my kitchen. A larger tv would not fit under the cabinets. The smart TV is a great upgrade, now I get all channels plus the fire version has multiple features I didn't have. It is really a great buy. Thank You.

The TV works great. Nice size, great inputs. The only problem, unfortunately, it freezes every now and then and then restarts itself. Luckily, it's still under warranty so I will be bringing to the The Geek Squad. But other than that, the TV is good.

Would good. Haven't used the Alexa part much but the rest of the tv is great. Needed a smart tv to stream hulu and netflix and this fit the bill. The only down side is the sound is pretty low. Usually have to turn it up 3/4 of the way to have it loud enough.

This TV was on display, had a beautiful picture and was viewable at all angles. I went to grab one of the TVs off the shelf and noticed another Insignia TV with the same model numbers with the exception of denoting that it was a Fire TV edition. The Fire TV model was on sale, so I picked that one. This TV is great if you are all about Amazon and their Fire TV. I just wanted a TV. This thing was the biggest pain in the butt to figure out, there was nothing intuitive about how this thing worked or the menus it had. You had to basically battle through all of the Fire TV start up in order to get to any of the other input options. I wanted a TV that remembered what input it was last set to when I turned it on, not go through hoops to get where it should be. After a week of frustration with this TV, I took it back and got the same model, less the Fire TV feature and it was on sale cheaper that week than what I originally purchased this one for. It was exactly what I was looking for in the first place. Just a simple TV. Again, if Amazon is your thing, this may be perfect for you, but it’s not a basic TV by any means.

needed a cheap tv thats portable and can be hooked up to a power inverter in the car for long road trips. works great. since its a firetv you can load the downloader app on it.

While I ended up returning this as my USB flash drive had to be reformatted to be read I was impressed with the quality of this set. The interface was nice and the TV was slim. Surprised to see the three HDMI plugs. Audio was very strong too.

Bought this insignia TV for my moms sewing room after I had already bought two of the Insignia 39" Fire TVs. Also after getting the 24" for sewing room went and got an Insignia 50" Fire TV for the family room. Thay are all awesome.

I needed to replace 2 Insignia TVs that were excellent - picture, sound, etc., but needed to replace them with smart TVs. First, and only brand I researched was Insignia. Perfect - sound, picture quality - am very happy with them!

Needed a small smart tv to mount above my jacuzzi. This fits the bill perfectly! No cable boxes or messy/dangerous wires. We have the news on while getting ready in the morning and I watch shows while relaxing in my tub

I return the product because it was describe wrong in the best buy online spec(wall mount Vesa). It was stated as 200x100 but it is actually 100x200 which didn't fit my current wall mount. Not sure if best buy changed as of this review. Another issue that I had with it was in the bottom left corner that has a black dot about .4mm in size. Its one of those thing where once you see it always pop at you but if you don't see it then you probably will not. Being my first fire tv I didn't quite like it since you have to create an account or link Amazon to it. I prefer tv that has smart capability that doesn't require another Credit Card attach to an account such as LG smart hub. I did return this tv for another 24" LG tv instead. Speakers are good for the tv size. Overall the tv is good for the $$.

We bought this for my GF daughter for a birthday Gift. She loves it. She gets to watch her TV, shows and etc on it. So she is in her room most of the time so she doesn't have to bother us wanting to watch her shows.

The built in fire app was a pleasant surprise how fast it runs. Beats the fire stick hands down. Very pleased with the picture. Sound could be better but what do you expect from a small tv. Nothing a small sound bar can’t fix.

Purchased this for our son's bday- great buy. He can watch amazon and does not need a firestick becaus it is built into the tv. Perfect all around purchase. BestBuy is where we now make all our tv & appliance purchases.
