We have had a very difficult time setting this tv up. I wish we never bought it!

flat screen did not work. it was brand new. would not cut on .

I highly recommend not to buy this product. Get something else.

The TV kept cutting off. I returmed it for another brand.

Bought this at American Fork Best Buy. First smart TV I have bought.I wanted a smart TV so I could stream a few things, Apple TV+, Disney+ etc. Found I could stream others things including the internet. Set up was detailed all sorts of options, but I am learning as I go. I like the matte finish, of the screen because the light from the window does not glare on the screen. Great TV with all sorts of viewing options. I use an older Sony Blue Ray player. The sound is a little too soft on Blu Ray DVD's, so I hooked it up to my Micro Hi-Fi System MCM530/37 | Philips with optical to stereo Audio jacks (that converts analog to digital. Now it is full theater screen sound. Excellent sound, can go way louder than is needed in the bedroom. Very satisfied so far. Still learning about all features and how to use them. Glad I chose it.

Everything about this TV is great. The Fire TV software updated when I first connected to WiFi and the remote control updated on the 2nd use. I didn't use the over-the-air features preferring instead to only hook up Amazon, Hulu Live TV, and Netflix and all of those worked great. My only warning is that the VESA pattern on the back of the set is 100x200 and 200 is the height and 100 is the width. The mount I purchased supported 200x100 VESA holes but only in a horizontal 200 orientation. So I had to purchase an $18 VESA adapter plate to make that mount work. Between the mount and the adapter plate I almost spent as much money hanging this thing up as I did on the TV! At this price I'm tempted to buy another one of these for my garage.

Love this tv! Fire is included, and works perfectly! Set up is super easy,and picture is excellent! I have cut the cable, and am now using this Insignia Fire Tv, along with four Fire Sticks on my other tv's...don't miss cable at all! This tv gets every show that I want to watch! Price is great!

I originally bought the LG white 24 inch TV but returned it. I loved the white and the stand on the LG but the sound wasn't great and I couldn't connect to Spectrum so returned it and got this TV and glad I did. Great picture and sound and I was able to connect to Spectrum through FitzyTV, an app that was already on the TV. And the price was unbeatable at $89! The only thing I had an issue with was the length to get the legs attached, that was a little hard for me. I needed a magnetic screwdriver but finally got them in there.

Bought to use in an RV for the occasional camping trip, currently in a spare room. Small enough to pick up and move anywhere. Tremendous amount of content available. I know it is biased towards Amazon, which is perfectly fine, it is an Amazon interface, and there is so much other stuff on the internet, too much potential to become a couch potato. Picture is good for 720. Remote is fine also, easy to set up. I haven't paid for tv since 1997, used to be tough to do but not these days. No reason to pay for what you don't want.

Bought 2 of these TV’s for bedrooms to replace underwhelming Vizio TV’s (which didn’t operate as advertised; Vizio customer service says Prime Video is no longer supported on their 24” Series D TV’s) The Insignia’s are superior. Quick load times. Smooth video. Easy user interface. All apps work without issue. This Insignia has to be best in class for 24” 720p smart TV’s.

powerful wifi that connects even from a fairly remote location to the router, i will use this only to stream to the built-in fire tv and for that the price is impossible to beat. only minus: it has an odd vesa configuration which makes it hard to wall mount. i am using only 2 of the 4 screws. the tv doesn’t weigh much, but still, this is not ideal ...

Perfect TV for our bedroom and easy to move around if needed. Set up was easy. One day, it would not turn on after two months, but a change of batteries in the remote was an easy fix ! So keep that in mind if you ever have same problem.

Great picture, and functionality for the price. The only reason this isnt 5 stars is because it has had several issues with the remote detection.

Great little tv. I needed one in the kitchen and this sure fit the bill. Great size, beautiful picture and sound quality. Was really happy that it worked out perfectly. Exactly what I was looking for.

I like the TV. But I purchased it to be a combination TV - Computer Monitor. The problem? It maxes out at 720 pixels (horizontal lines), which is good for a small Television, but horrible for use with a decent computer video card. My video card recommends using 1080 horizontal lines for full HD, and this TV cannot do that reasonably and look good as a monitor. So I have had to comprimise and use 768 horizontal lines (1366 pixels across each of those lines rather than the 1920 recommended). So I cannot recommend it as a Monitor

I purchased this for my bf as an all-in-one for the home office - to connect the PS4, Xbox, Computer and use as a streaming option for Prime and Hulu. Everything works great, except as a computer monitor. In all of the HDMI ports, we've set them to their appropriate input, but none of them have an option for a computer. As a result, graphics are terrible when shone on the screen; and the text is near unreadable it's so blurry/pixelated. TLDR: Great TV; great for consoles; do NOT use for a computer.

Nice TV for the price. Easy to navigate features. Overall, very satisfied.
