    The tv is very good we use it in the dinning room, one big turndown is that it turns on by it self randomly, I have checked online and this is very frequent and there is no fix, already updated to latest, and unpair/pair remote and nothing..

    great for Fire TV, but didn't work on Cable Digita

    Although specs on the NS-24DF310NA19 say that I should have been able to scan QAM (Cable Digital) channels with this unit, myself and 3 techs from on-line Insignia showed this was not the case. Same problem with a replacement unit. I then returned this and purchased its non-Fire TV equivalent, 24D310NA19. No problem: I successfully scanned 52 QAM channels. Judging on my experience on the 2 fire TV units, it would seem that the fire TV, while perfect for Fire TV, seems to have no QAM tuner capability. I've kept the non-fire TV, and added a Fire Stick to the HDMI input port.

    I cleaned the tv and it got white lines from cleaning it just got it like a month ago it gets super dusty I got the screen cleaner from best buy as well I am really careful when I clean the tv

    Why does the 24” have 200x100 wall mount pattern!?

    Great 24” tv but why does a tv this small have 200x100 wall mount pattern?! Could use and of the small mounts I had and had to order another one which was cheaper that driving, returning/exchanging for a same size with the fire built in it with 100x100 wall pattern like any other 24” on the market, and would have been a big waste of my time dealing with all that....

    I bought this tv at Amazon sold by BEST BUY. I generally liked all the features and for my first smart TV really liked by passing the ROKU for this. Loved it until this week the Netflix movies started playing with the audio not matching the lips of the actors. Then today I had repeated error messages blocking the scared saying it was running out of memory. I went in and saw I had 1.4 GB of the 4 GB space left. I deleted all the apps except Netflix and Amazon. I saw no difference. I did a reset and it showed no difference again but the warning went away. Well, tonight it came back. I then deleted EVERYTHING, erased the cache of the internet browser, everything. Now it showed I had only 99GB left!! I decided to do a factory reset- the TV booted up and is now frozen on the Choose a Language Screen!!! I have unplugged it, nothing! What a piece of Junk! Not even making it a year. This is why the landfills will get full of these sub par electronics. What a disappointment. Shame on You.

    No good mounting adapters for this TV

    The TV works fine. But I cannot find a good full motion mount for it. The problem is the mounting screw patter on the back is 200mm by 100mm and only M4 size. There are no flexible mounts out there that have that strange hole and screw size pattern. For this small and light a tv, this should have been a 100 x 100mm mount. Still searching for a solution.

    I recently purchased this TV and for the first few days it worked well, then it started to act up. I would be watching a TV program then it would switch back to the Home Screen and it would do this about every five minutes, I had already placed the box in the garbage and I misplaced the proof of purchase other wise I would have returned it for a refund or exchanged it for a better brand other than this one, However I did install some apps on it SO NOW ALL I CAN DO IS USE IT FOR STREAMING, WHICH IT DOES WITHOUT A PROBLEM. WORST TV I EVER BOUGHT !!!

    100x200 TV mount pattern???

    Why would they ever build this with a 100x200 tv mount pttern on the back? Do they know this mount is almost non existent? I had to buy an adapter from 100x100 to 100x200 to get this mounted to the wall. Other than that it is fine.

    I’ve had this tv for a couple months. At first, it was great. Then the audio started lagging on some apps. It wasn’t my connection because there were no delays on any other device. I could fix it by resetting the tv. Now various buttons on the remote stop working until I reset the tv, which I have to do every few days. Do not buy this tv.

    Constant Problems

    Need to say up front that I wanted this primarily for tv use in the kitchen and occasional "smart tv" features. As smart tv it is ok but for regular tv viewing I had constant problems. The last and final problem was it became stuck on one channel and I could not change the channel no matter what I did. FYI I had a Comcast installer hook it up for me. I got it for a very good price so I just decided to end the frustration and replaced it with an LG. It is a cheap piece of crap.

    I got this via a black friday sale. Its not worth is standard price nor the sale price. The fire tv software works how ever the HDMI inputs dont work unless you turn off and on the tv and the device you connect a few times. I had to do it usually 3 to 4 times till it decided to connect, and this is with EVERY HDMI port, no matter what device you put to it, I wasted money buying 4 HDMI cables even high rated gold plated cables. Its not worth the money and I feel like i lost out on a lot of money I spent as it!

    Don't bother

    This TV is complete garbage. I bought it for my father while visiting and I don't have time to return it before my flight. It doesn't detect any cable channels. The instruction manual is online and the URL of the manual is no longer an active web page. I feel completely ripped off.

    Do not buy, they updates software and you can no longer surf the internet. DO NOT BUY. I Bought a Toshiba, this on is going into the trash. Insignia would not let me load older software.

    I really didnt buy the tv for the free 30 days of Sling but thought yeh thatll be good to check out. Pffft yeh they give me 30 days free but want my credit card details to hit me up after the 30. Not impressed !!!

    Not compatible with Xfinity app

    Needed a smart TV to use the Xfinity app. I assumed this would work since I have no trouble with my ROKU tv. But apparently the Xfinity app is still not available for fire TV.
