Do the other provide better HDMI transmission resulting in better picture and audio quality? I don't know. But my electrical engineering background tells me a digital signal is a digital signal and a 6, 10, or maybe 25-foot cable should not change that digital signal. That's my logic and I'm sticking to it! I would be interested if anybody has data to change my opinion.

With the cable box we had we didn't have an HDMI cord. Once I bought the cord and got it hooked up it was amazing in the change of picture. The first HDTV we've owned in the cord works great.

GREAT QUALITY HDMI CABLE

I was able to find exactly what i was looking for at Best Buy. It was in stock. The cable was thicker and ofheavy duty quality. It cost considerably more than i anticipated but what hasn't gone up in price?
