It's been 9 months since I bought it. It stopped cooling all of a sudden. The technician came with no tools and stuff for fixing it and had me rescheduled. Poor job by customer support in letting me know about the status of the repair. The product is still in warranty but I think Bestbuy is purposefully delaying me to get everything on me. Horrible experience will avoid doing business with BestBuy in the future.

It's a good frige for the price, a couple hundred less than the comparable name brand models when we bought it. Only issue we've had is that it stopped making ice for a few days, but that could have been due to issues on our end. I added an additional filter to help with the taste of the water and increased the water pressure, now it works fine again.

Brought this fridge during a recent house renovation and got it for a steal..all the additional features that I wanted in a fridge and at a 70% discount

I love the sleek design. Looks so much better than the outside the door water/ice dispensers (which is inside here). I’m amazed that I have more cubic feet in the space as my old refrigerator. Better than expected.

Love the new refrigerator! Has a lot of space and pretty big! The install guys came in and knocked it out! Super fast and arrived early before scheduled time. Overall, super happy with the look and experience I had with Best Buy

Took a bit of getting used to the double doors. Now we love it. Lots of room in both fridge and freezer. Nothing gets lost or falls behind the shelves.

Refrigerator has plenty of storage space and very roomy! Filter access is much more accessible than usually seen. The water dispenser is inside this unit, barely recognizable (great for those who have kids whom love to make messes!).

I like the refrigerator but it is a bit loud. I also miss the handles on the outside doors but on that note the inside has plenty of room which I love and same with the freezer storage. Overall it is nice

Love this refrigerator! I had a side-by-side before and I hated it from the get-go. This one is so roomy and has wonderful features and I love the freezer on the bottom.

I love this fridge! I wasn't sure so I bought the warranty for 5 years, JIC. I paid $1k plus warranty and tax.

The inside drawers didn’t align, and were saggy. The water dispenser did not work, while the ice did. And the finish is not great at all, the wind leaves marks on it. I exchanged this within 30 days for another product.

So far so good. Really pleased with this refrigerator for the price. I love the inset handles since this means less hardware that can loosen over time and/break. Very pleased, and no cons to speak of after 1.5 months of ownership.

I love this product. It was a must needed product. I had a much smaller refrigerator. I was not able to hold much food, also the freezer is bigger. This new product have so much space and allow me to view what have in fridge and freezer from a distance . I love the beeper on door to let you know it is not close. A great product to choose and thanks to Best Buy I got a good sale price.

So far, I have not been able to find anything wrong with this refrigerator. It’s has plenty of room, keeps everything the right temperature and tells me if the door is still open. It’s everything I want in a refrigerator.

Super happy with this fridge. I have it in a laundry room with a stacked WD and a small shelf. There is literally just enough space on each side to allow ventilation but I can open both doors. The shelves seem a bit flimsy but that's okay because I'm using it as a beer fridge and installing my own shelves. The freezer compartment is big and easy to use. I am not using the water or the ice so I can't review those areas. I can see how an internal water delivery system could be problematic though. One piece of advice - make sure you shut the doors. They want to stay open unless you get them within 6 or so inches of closed. In any case, knowing what I know, I would absolutely but this again.

I've had this refrigerator about a month now. It's spacious and easy to use. You will need to regularly clean the front as it is very shiny and loves to show prints.

I like having the pull out freezer in the bottom. There is no door ice and water. You have to open the fridge to access the water. The icemaker is not as abundant in making ice as I would like. Otherwise it is a nice refigerator that looks good and is well set up for all you need to place in the fridge.

Amazing, very impressed with the overall quality of this refrigerator. It replaced a GE Profile unit and seems almost identical. I love the LED lighting and space

Simple refrigerator, love that it does not have handles. Previous owned models had handles that would eventually keep coming off.
