Tons of room so your items don’t get all crammed together and I’m really enjoying the bottom freezer.

Lasted one year and stopped working. Trying to get a hold of any tech support is impossible. Called and was put on hold 4 times before being hung up on. Lasted just outside the warranty so I’m pretty sure I won’t get any coverage. Water filter is impossible to get and will stop making ice if it’s not replaced. All food is now spoiled and ruined. Avoid at all costs. Worst experience ever!

I bought this unit a month ago. So far, so good. I wanted a deep, wide french door fridge on top without the water/ice dispenser on the door because of leaks from previous Whirpool unit. I was willing to give up drinking water and and ice maker but surprisingly this Insignia unit has a water dispenser inside the fridge and an ice maker in the bottom inside the freezer. The only two things I did not like was that this model is not DC inverter (though it has an energy saving mode) and the inability to place shelves inside the fridge lower and trays in the door give you little placing options. But I'll live. Bottom line is that, for the price, I think it is a really good buy.

When I seen the refrigerator, I touched it, and thought it was smudge free, until they delivered it, and as soon as you touch it, smudges. I can open it without smearing it, but with little grandkids in the house, impossible.

Fridge is great but I had so many issues with the shelves. Within a year, several shelves cracked and broke. It took weeks for replace it's to come and I was sent the wrong parts several times. Eventually I got the right ones and it's been fine since, but was a bit of a hassle.

Fridge is what I was expecting after my old one went out. No matter what you do DO NOT USE BEST BUY DELIVERY SERVICE! It took us a month to get a fridge installed that they promised a week. They use third party delivery companies and do not hold them accountable.

I love the space it’s a good fridge I just hate that’s it’s not finger print resistant it makes it look bad all the time if you try to clean it then there’s Cleaning marks.

Spacious refrigerator with lots of space, however, its hard to figure out where the water dispenser is.

Love this frig! Great size, features and price! Only issue is that I wish I had bought one with handles. Every touch leaves fingerprints and I am constantly having to wipe it down.

Happy with the fridge thus far. I like the alarm bc my kids have a habit of not closing the door all the way. The drawers are very convenient and I’m surprised at how much space we still have after a grocery store trip. At first I was a little nervous about the bottom freezer drawers but again, plenty of space. And the ice cubes it makes aren’t like old school ice that stayed cold/solid for a while but they aren’t like some fridges that melt within two minutes either.

The appeal of this refrigerator for my family lies in the fact that it's large and roomy, but isn't bulky nor does it stick out into the room with its handles since the handles are actually incorporated into the door. no risk of bumping into it or banging knees/shins in the night. We saved up to get something and expected to not get such a nice model at such a reasonable price- and the installation and help with set up (not to mention delivery and hauling away the old fridge) took away so much of the stress that can come with getting a new appliance. I'll be buying from Best Buy again in the future, for sure.

Was fine in the first month after delivery. Ice maker has stopped working and I am not able to troubleshoot the cause. So discouraged.

Wasn't sure about freezer on bottom but have truly enjoyed. I can more readily see what is in the upper refrigerator and things do not get pushed back in a corner and forgotten. So rarely open freezer, mainly ice or ice cream, it makes perfect sense.

Love how much more space this has provided me and my family, it really is like double the size of my previous one!! The LED lights are another welcomed add.

Love the New Insignia fridge...sleek and keeps everything super cold...would recommend to anyone looking to get a great fridge for a great price..

Love this fridge! Lots of room, SUPER quiet, the lights are very pleasing. We really like the shallow drawer. Everything seems to work as designed.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my wife. She loved it!!! It keeps our food and vegetables fresher a lot longer than our old one. Lots of space for everything!! C
