Love how much more space this has provided me and my family, it really is like double the size of my previous one!! The LED lights are another welcomed add.

This refrigerator has been great to my family and I! We found this Insignia after our previous 9 year old refrigerator stopped working on us. My wife likes the stainless exterior, our kids fingerprints aren't easily visible and i love the spacious interior with its adjustable racks and its deep freezer compartments! The water spout is recessed into the interior frame so its nice not having to worry about water leaking onto the floor with accidental touches. Overall we are very satisfied with this refrigerator.

Love this fridge! Lots of room, SUPER quiet, the lights are very pleasing. We really like the shallow drawer. Everything seems to work as designed.

I love this fridge! I think it's so nice looking and lots of room! The only thing I dislike is that the water spout takes forever to fill a cup.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my wife. She loved it!!! It keeps our food and vegetables fresher a lot longer than our old one. Lots of space for everything!! C

So, this is Best Buy’s brand, not sure who makes it for them or where, but the quality is right up there with Samsung and for a good break in price. Great unit.

I bought refrigerators before this is the best one. Plenty of room. Very bright we’ll made. I would buy two or three if I had room.

We were looking for a big refrigerator to use as an overflow in our garage. We didn't want unnecessary water spouts or ice makers as they take up too much space inside. This one is perfect and very spacious. Really wide shelves on the doors, too.

This fridge has a lot of useful space and looks great. Easy to use controls. The light is not very bright though so can be hard to see inside if it's full. Did not fit in a standard fridge opening in the kitchen.

One of the qualities of this refrigerator is how spacious it is, and its aesthetic but robust construction. Silent. I highly recommend it.

Customer service is terrible. Pay for the Total Tech Membership because it was about the same price as protection plan, installation, and haul away costs. The day they installed the two men who came didn’t want to carry the refrigerator up the stairs from the street. The instructions for installation said more then three flights of stairs needs an elevator. They made a big deal and then took the doors off to fit it up the shorter stairs from the driveway. They hooked up the water line. My husband noticed a little water under the front by the freezer. Peered behind the fridge and he see’s it’s wet. Thinks the waterline is leaking. Called Best Buy immediately and said they were going to send someone for a repair. Waited for 6 hours today and kept checking to see if someone was showing up. Kept refreshing the appointment tracker and it kept telling me 2 appointments were ahead. Update the appointment tracker again and it said my appointment was completed. I also chatted with customer service in the morning to tell them to let the repairman know to park in the driveway and come to the kitchen door. I kept checking the door and the street.

after reading alk the bad reviews on samsung refrigerators we decided to try Bestbuys brand Insignia and im glad we did.. Works perfect very quiet.

I love this fridge but I would never buy from this store again. The workers argued in front of us who has to go get stuff from their vehicle. Then they asked if we had a water hook up and my husband said we're not sure then they said okay were going to go then and left. They didn't look to see if we had a water hook up they just left. The only reason we got this fridge was for the ice so I was upset. Turns out we did have a water hook up. So I called the next day as I was working while this went on and they wouldn't bring anyone back, she made an excuse.

The fridge is spacious, love the water dispenser inside and ice maker inside. Left door doesn’t close easily and the front scratches too easily. If your not weak and don’t have kids it would be fine.

Fridge is awesome!! So much room and I’m able to store more food. We’ve had it for about two months and we’re happy with it so far.

Great refrigerator. Very much like having the freezer on the bottom and plenty of storage space on the dual doors for large containers.

It's a decent refrigerator. Has nice features, keeps things cool, and I like the minimalist look. However, the doors of the refrigerator slam way too easily. Simply closing a door will unintentionally cause it to slam and rattles anything you have stored on the inside of the door shelves, sometimes leaving me thinking that a bottle dropped off of the door shelf. Also, when you've only got one door open and this accidental door slam happens, the door that's already closed will partially pop open due to the accidental slam. I don't have kids yet, but I can imagine this being a nightmare if I did.
