A refrigerator is a refrigerator and it does it's job. We had not had any issues with the cooling system.... But the build quality is not as great... First off with in half a year the flap in between the doors is now not closing due to the top little nob is flimzzy and is not going in the insert when closing.... The left hand door now doesn't have any tension due to a plastic peace broke off while closing ... And the most annoying part is the ice machine, the ice melts and does not freeze completely starts melting and makes a puddle on the bucket then freezes ... So I will probably next time spend a little more on a Samsung or Lg

First one delivered stop working after a week, I will divulge that it was a floor model but brand new. Had to get a new replacement after only having it for a week and a half. The second one so far is performing well. I would be hesitant to purchase another Insignia brand product.

We've had the fridge for about a month now, and it's great. It wide enough and deep enough to hold a full size sheet cake. Everything stays nice and cold in the freezer and chill in the fridge. I would definitely recommend this one to all who can fit it in.

This fridge is terrible. Since September 2019 we've had tovl exchange it 4 times, .. apparently they don't fix the issues, just replace the entire unit. It's been one hassle after another. First the freezer door sensor was broke, so the first one we received was replaced within 3 days. Then the ice machine went out on the next one after a few months. It was replaced with a new one with dented doors so it was immediately replaced with a new model. Now the ice machine is again out and it shows an E6 error which we cannot figure what it means. Geek Squad has given us a couple different explanations but do solution other than exchanging it again.

Had it for about a month and I can’t complain. Love the way it looks, water filter is easy to change and the water dispenser is discretely located on the inside. Cubes are similarly shaped to a pyramid and are small enough to fit in a water bottle.

needed a bigger refrigerator and this one fit the bill, size is great and the look is nice.

I bought this at the start of the pandemic and have it in my garage. The freezer has plenty of space and I like having the freezer on the bottom of the unit. The top is great for all the extra refrigerated items. It has been a good purchase.

I bought this appliance 2mths ago and it stopped working, both refrigerator and freezer! Scheduled to be repaired, could not be repaired (2 weeks for all this to be taken care of) so they are exchanging it for another one....

I love my new fridge. It is excellent value for the price. I opted for this one due to its budget friendly price and I couldn’t be happier. The water maker is inside the fridge and the ice is in the freezer. Omg love love love it.

This has been a great refrigerator. Installation was quick and easy. Everything has been working fine. The delivery was on time and they went above and beyond.

Seems to be a pattern with me this year, I pay off one appliance and another one goes down. Without warning my old unit stopped freezing, so I needed one ASAP. I was able to get it delivered within 3 days!

The fridge is huge, makes ice a little slow but looks and performs great!

The refrigerator is nice but, there is something wrong with the filtered water. When the refrigerator was first connected it took several gallons of water before the water ran clear. I was surprised at how long it took and meanwhile we kept throwing away the ice. Since then only 2 of us in the household drink water from the refrigerator and both of us have gotten sick. We buy bottled water now and I buy my own ice. Part of the reason for buying this particular refrigerator was because it has filtered water and ice but, I can't even use it. I don't know if it is the filter or something coming from the hoses or refrigerator, all I know is that I did not have this problem with my old refrigerator.

We bought this while Christmas shopping, as it was a deal we couldn't really pass up & we had been talking about getting a new refrigerator. We have been thrilled with the purchase since we got it.

We looked at several refrigerators before deciding on this one. The salesman was very honest with us and told us he hadn’t really heard anything bad or good with this fridge because it is newer to the market. We have had it for several weeks now and are very impressed.

Great Fridge no issues! A couple of years in and I can honestly say the fridge I’ve ever had!

Love it so far. It beeps when you don’t shut the doors properly. That’s Perfect if you have little ones around. Its bigger than our old fridge, and now we are able to make biweekly grocery trips instead of weekly.
