Maybe the delivery guys dropped it, maybe best buy can send me a replacement lower door.

Good deep shelf space also. And I also believe that the price and warranty was very good and in my budget range.

The only thing I would change is the lack of ability to store tall containers. The 2 door spots are the only place. Door shelves not adjustable.

A d it has been replaced 2 time. Both time the Best Buy delivery drivers said that this is a terrible brand and that we should as BestBuy to replace it with a different brand. Welp they are comig out to replace it yet one more time. Head my warning dont but this fridge and whay ever you do don't but the geekquad protection they are just as bad as the fridge.

Makes ice a lot faster and better than the Samsung’s and LGs. Only Complaint is when you pull the freezer open it does not pull the top drawer with it.

Repair people state compressor and control board not working. To me that’s comparable to an engine stopping in a brand new car. Best Buy states it has to be repaired not replaced. But I am without a refrigerator for two weeks. Something is wrong with customer service these days
