I had total tech support supported to replace it, but this one was discontinued. So I end up paying the difference between the new refrigerator and the old one, which is about $700.

The missing part means the top shelves are not supported so you cannot put any weight on them or the center collapses. It has been impossible to get the missing part so far even after going back to the store and showing the salesperson the missing part which is on the floor model. Also, food does not keep well as the temperature cannot be set below 36 and food and milk do not hold even with days before expiration date. Butter is soft and milk sours so temperature raises at will apparently. 1600.00 for junk. And no support to be had. We’ve owned for 4 weeks.
